We provide psychotherapy to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorder, lifestyle coaching, and relationship issues among others. We recognize that sometimes clients need talk therapy in a supportive environment. We provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings with personalized care to support mental health and well-being. We also refer clients to psychotherapists when a client requires someone with a certain specialty. We attempt to seek those referrals on behalf of our clients through our external network of psychotherapy providers.
